ICIP partners in its implementation are the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, central bodies of executive power, regional military administrations, the Initiative Center for Promotion of Activity and Development of the Public Initiative "Yednannia", the Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Research, as well as the Center for Democracy and the Rule of Law.
