Evgenia Koval, a craftswoman from the Podil village of Karmalyukove, Zhmeryn district, shared traditions and created a wonderful atmosphere of peace and wonder.
Mrs. Evgenia has 50 years of experience in her favorite business, which has been passed down in her family from generation to generation. During this time, she wrote more than one hundred Easter songs, putting her whole soul and sacred meaning into them.
Those present at the master class got acquainted with all the intricacies of pysanka, learned about the peculiarities of the ornament and colors of the traditional Podil pysanka.
Among the participants of the master class were most of those who held a pen in their hands for the first time in their life. But no one was left without an amazing impression from the exciting process of Easter egg making, creating unique Easter eggs with their own hands.
